Empowering Girls, One Pack at a Time
In a strong show of compassion and community care, Giving Hearts and Hands CBO (GHH) has kicked off a Sanitary Towels Drive to support girls at Tuwan JSS & Primary School in Kitale, Kenya.
The goal? To raise over 600 packs of sanitary towels and keep girls in school — confident, comfortable, and empowered.
Why the Sanitary Towels Drive Matters
Every month, many schoolgirls in Kenya face the challenge of managing their periods without access to proper sanitary products. This often leads to missed school days, low self-esteem, and poor academic performance.
GHH believes that no girl should have to choose between her education and her dignity.
Through this initiative, the organization hopes to break the stigma and provide the support young girls need to stay focused on their education.
